Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 27, 2026

FuelR (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an AI prompt management and deployment platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Account details such as first name, last name, email address, password (stored as a hash), and profile settings.
  • Workspace content you choose to store, including prompts, prompt versions, variables, datasets, evaluations, and widget configurations.
  • Communication data when you contact support at support@fuelr.ai.
  • Optional third-party login details through Google OAuth.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location, timestamps, and usage events.
  • Authentication and session data needed to keep you signed in, including refresh-token cookies and access token state.
  • Product diagnostics, security logs, and operational metrics required to maintain and secure the Services.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Authenticate users, manage sessions, and protect accounts.
  • Process prompt executions and related workflows across supported LLM providers.
  • Send service communications such as verification emails, password reset messages, security notifications, and product updates when enabled.
  • Detect misuse, investigate incidents, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and browser storage to provide core functionality:

  • Essential cookies: We use an HttpOnly refresh-token cookie for authenticated sessions.
  • Local storage: We store non-sensitive user profile details (for example, name and email) to support multi-tab experience.
  • Access token handling: Access tokens are kept in application memory and are short-lived.

Most browsers allow cookie controls. Disabling essential cookies may prevent login and core features from working.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information only in the following cases:

  • Service providers and subprocessors that help us run the platform (for example, cloud infrastructure, email delivery, and LLM provider processing requested by you).
  • Legal and compliance requirements, including valid legal process and protection of rights, safety, and security.
  • Corporate transactions such as merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

5. Third-Party Services

Depending on your usage, FuelR may integrate with third-party services including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Google OAuth, and Resend. Your interactions with those services are also subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations.

If you delete your account, production data is deleted or de-identified in accordance with our operational processes. Backup copies may be retained for up to 30 days before permanent removal.

7. Your Choices and Rights

  • Access and update your profile information.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Control email update preferences in account settings.
  • Contact us to request support-related privacy actions.

8. Security

We implement technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted transport channels, hashed passwords, and secure key handling practices for sensitive credentials.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

FuelR may process data in countries different from your own. Where required, we use reasonable measures intended to protect data during cross-border transfers.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. AI Data Use Commitment

FuelR does not use your prompts, outputs, or workspace content to train our own models.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
