Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FuelR’s website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You may use the Services as an individual or on behalf of an organization. If acting for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
• You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activities under your account.

2. Service Description

FuelR provides tools for prompt design, versioning, evaluation, and deployment workflows, including integrations with third-party LLM providers and optional chat widget functionality.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Use the Services to transmit unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
• Attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system integrity, or bypass security controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or misuse automated means in a way that disrupts the Services.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights.

4. Customer Content and Responsibility

• You retain ownership of your prompts, inputs, outputs, datasets, and other content you submit (“Customer Content”).
• You grant FuelR a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Content solely to operate and improve the Services for you.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights and permissions needed for Customer Content.
• FuelR does not use Customer Content to train our own models.

5. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Google OAuth, and Resend. Your use of such providers may be subject to their separate terms and policies. FuelR is not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and process personal information.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also release features in beta, which are provided “as is” and may change without notice.

8. Fees and Payment

If paid plans or paid features are offered, pricing, subscription terms, and payment conditions will be presented to you before purchase and will become part of these Terms.

9. Termination

• You may stop using the Services or request account deletion at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security risk, or where required by law.
• Upon termination, provisions that by nature should survive will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Intellectual Property

FuelR and related names, logos, software, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, these Terms do not grant you rights in FuelR’s intellectual property.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuelR disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuelR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

FuelR’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the total amount paid by you to FuelR for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000 if no fees were paid.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FuelR from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, Customer Content, or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted, unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the Services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
